We are seeking an innovative sports marketer capable of building dynamic campaigns that captivate audiences. The Marketing Manager will coordinate and manage cross-functional marketing strategies, oversee brand initiatives, and drive user growth across various channels.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance of integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, player acquisition, and retention.
• Manage brand identity and positioning, ensuring consistent messaging and a compelling brand experience across all platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, CRM, creative, etc.) to launch campaigns, promotions, and events that resonate with target audiences.
• Assist in translating marketing materials to ensure accurate, effective, and culturally relevant messaging.
• Plan and execute events and activations, ensuring smooth coordination and memorable brand experiences.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory requirements to adapt strategies, ensure compliance, and maintain competitiveness.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and support team initiatives as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field, or relevant work experience.
• 3-4 years of experience in marketing, sports marketing, agency, or account management.
• Strong understanding of the Canadian sports and entertainment landscape.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Knowledge of various marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, affiliate, email) and best practices.
• Team-oriented with proven project management skills and cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Nice to have: Experience in the iGaming industry or highly regulated industries.
