What Will Your Next Role Look Like?

As a Web3 Technical Architect , you will be at the forefront of Peliplat's evolution into blockchain-powered experiences, integrating Web3 technologies to enhance user engagement and content interaction.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement decentralized applications (dApps), smart contracts, and blockchain-based solutions that align with our vision of revolutionizing the film community.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about blockchain technology, decentralized ecosystems, and the future of digital ownership in entertainment.

Responsibilities

Blockchain Development & Integration

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum, Polygon, or other relevant blockchain networks.
  
• Integrate blockchain solutions into Peliplat's ecosystem, enabling decentralized content ownership, NFT-based engagement, and tokenized incentives .
  
• Ensure security and efficiency in smart contract development, conducting audits and optimizations to prevent vulnerabilities.
  

Web3 Infrastructure & Application Development

• Develop and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) that enhance user experiences on Peliplat's platform.
  
• Implement wallet integrations, blockchain authentication, and on-chain data storage solutions to streamline interactions.
  
• Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to build scalable Web3-enabled user experiences .
  

Collaboration & Innovation

• Work alongside content teams, designers, and marketing to integrate blockchain-powered features that align with film community engagement.
  
• Stay up to date with Web3 trends, exploring DAO governance models, DeFi applications, and decentralized identity solutions .
  
• Experiment with emerging blockchain technologies and contribute to the strategic roadmap of Web3 expansion within Peliplat.
  

Security, Testing & Optimization

• Conduct rigorous testing and debugging of smart contracts and blockchain applications to ensure optimal performance.
  
• Implement best practices for gas optimization, security enhancements, and blockchain scalability .
  
• Work with auditors to review smart contracts and ensure compliance with industry security standards.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Blockchain Development, or a related field.
  
• 5+ years of experience in blockchain and Web3 development, with a strong portfolio of dApps, smart contracts, or blockchain integrations .
  
• Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or other smart contract programming languages .
  
• Hands-on experience with Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, or other blockchain networks .
  
• Strong knowledge of decentralized storage solutions (IPFS, Arweave), Layer 2 scaling solutions, and cross-chain protocols .
  
• Familiarity with NFT standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155), tokenomics, and DeFi mechanisms .
  
• Experience in wallet integrations, Web3.js/Ethers.js, and blockchain APIs .
  
• AI programming skills (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI tools) are a plus .
  
• Security-focused mindset with a strong understanding of blockchain vulnerabilities and auditing tools .
  
• Fluency in English is required.
