Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Account Manager role at RankWorks in Pointe-Claire, QC.
The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, understanding client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and multitask.

Qualifications

• Experience in client relationship management, account management, or customer service
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media management
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
