When you join our company, you will help us as a Site Coordination Engineer:

Job Summary: General support for Digital Transformation Global Program Rollout. Implementation of state-of-the-art 3D Plant visualization and site reality capture. Supporting the training, and sustainment of the new 'Visual way of Working'. This position would assist corporate technology and program management teams in the US, being the site liaison for the site project resources on the day-to-day activities involved. They should work closely with the project site representatives to ensure successful roll out and usage of new applications supported by the Change Management staff. Will likely support 2-3 sites.

Main Responsibilities:

• Attend monthly knowledge sharing meetings

• Help coordinate roll out activities

• Weekly review of models and data for each site to ensure proper organization, function testing of all integrations, performance, etc.

• Responsible for facilitating end user training of the new technology and ways of working. Including regularly scheduled training sessions, ad hoc training, and office hours for end user assistance for applications in projects scope.

• Assist site representatives with roll out and enabling of use cases

• Connection between site resources and additional project support resources

• Facilitate communications between project team and site resources to ensure good feedback in both directions.

Requirements and qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical, Mechanical, or a related field.

• Must speak English clearly

• Preferable to have 3+ experience in O&G, Refining or Petrochemical manufacturing site or similar. Must be able to follow/keep up with technical conversations with engineers and technicians.

• Change management skills a plus

• Experience in 3D software, laser scanning, 3D modeling, digital enablement, etc. a plus

*Experience in project management tools like MS Project or Smart Sheets a plus
