Job Summary
We require a Consultant experienced in sales data analysis, with a proven history of identifying growth opportunities and developing recommendations for senior leadership.
The primary responsibility will be to analyze the large volume of our company's sales data, utilizing tools such as Tableau and Excel, to generate actionable insights that optimize our commercial performance.
This professional must be capable of translating complex data into clear and objective presentations for Presidents and CEOs, as well as providing analytical support to the sales team and utilizing market research data to complement the analyses.

Areas of Responsibilities

in this role, you will be responsible for:
Conduct in-depth analyses of our sales data, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Utilize Tableau to create impactful data visualizations and Excel for detailed analyses and modeling.
Integrate and analyze data from various sources, including our internal data and market information (GFK, Nielsen).
Identify concrete opportunities to increase sales, optimize commercial processes, and enhance our market performance.
Develop and structure strategic and tactical presentations, with clear and data-driven recommendations, for the company's senior leadership.
Provide analytical support to the sales team, offering insights that assist in achieving targets and optimizing their activities.
Collaborate with other areas of the company to ensure the implementation of strategies and the monitoring of results.
Monitor the impact of implemented actions, proposing adjustments and new initiatives as needed.

Requirement:
Complete Bachelor's degree in areas such as Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
Desirable postgraduate degree or specialization in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Commercial Management, or related areas.

Professional Experience:
Proven experience in data analysis, commercial strategy, or sales optimization, preferably gained at prominent consulting firms such as Deloitte or EY.
Solid experience in the analysis of large volumes of data (Big Data).

Experience in providing analytical support to sales teams.
Familiarity with market research data (GFK, Nielsen).

• Data Analysis: Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis to extract relevant insights from large data volumes.
• Data Visualization: Advanced mastery of Tableau for creating visual dashboards and reports.
• Advanced Excel: Expertise in data manipulation, complex formulas, and data presentation in Excel.
• PowerPoint Presentations: High ability to create impactful, clear, and concise PowerPoint presentations for different audiences, including senior leadership.
• Communication and Public Speaking: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex information clearly and persuasively, including to senior leadership.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect data analyses with business objectives and identify strategic opportunities.
• Results Orientation: Focus on generating a positive impact on the company's results through data analysis.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with different areas.

Languages:
Fluent English: Essential for communication with international teams and analysis of documents in English.
