Belgium - Sales Account Manager

At AnalytiChem, we aim to offer the best service to our customers worldwide. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Account Manager for the Flemish Brabant - Limburg region, who will support our growth and help maintain strong customer relationships.

You provide expert advice to customers about AnalytiChem products.
You actively follow up with your customer base, both in person and by phone, and build long-term relationships.
You represent AnalytiChem at product presentations, trade shows, and other events.
You handle customer complaints in a professional and solution-focused way, always ensuring customer satisfaction.
You work closely with the internal sales team to ensure smooth communication and efficient administration of customer files.
You make sure that quotes, orders, and invoices are processed accurately to keep customers happy.
You track the timely delivery of orders and respond quickly to phone and email requests.
You report regularly to the Sales Manager Belgium.

Your Profile

You have a bachelor's or master's degree in chemistry, or equivalent experience in the field.
You speak Dutch and English fluently; French is a plus.
You are customer-focused and proactive. You know how to turn business goals into results and strong relationships.
You already have some experience in customer service or inside sales.
You can work independently but enjoy being part of a team.
You are analytical and take responsibility.
You have a driver's license and preferably live in the region.
