Pour notre client situé à Nivelles, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Superviseur de production.
En tant que Superviseur de Production, vous serez responsable de la gestion quotidienne des opérations. Vous assurez l'atteinte des objectifs de sécurité, de qualité, de productivité et de coûts, tout en animant et motivant vos équipes.
• Encadrer, organiser et planifier les activités de production dans le secteur Prepack.
• Suivre les KPI de performance : sécurité, qualité, rendement, efficience.
• Mettre en œuvre une démarche d'amélioration continue des processus.
• Assurer une communication fluide avec les autres départements (logistique, service client, marketing, etc.).
• Gérer les stocks, les consommables et veiller aux approvisionnements nécessaires.
• Réaliser et contrôler les inventaires, fiches de production et données de suivi.
• Superviser l'entretien général de l'atelier et le suivi des interventions techniques.
• Assurer la traçabilité et le suivi des non-conformités produits.
• Établir et maintenir les plannings de production et de personnel.
ProfilVotre profil :
• Diplôme de type bachelier ou master (ou expérience équivalente).
• Parcours dans les secteurs de l'agroalimentaire, de la distribution ou de la logistique.
• Expérience en gestion d'équipe dans un environnement de production.
• Connaissances en sécurité, hygiène et qualité dans le secteur alimentaire ou industriel.
• Leadership fédérateur, orienté résultats et solutions.
• À l'aise avec les chiffres et les outils de suivi de performance.
• Maîtrise de SAP et de la suite Office.
