We are in hyper growth mode so we need someone that can help us more than double the size of teams and help us elevate our performance with top talent.
This is an awesome role with a lot of autonomy to shape, create and determine what our talent funnel will look like.
You'll be supported by the leaders in the company as you help shape the foundation of a critical function within our fast-growing company.

With our cutting-edge suite of AI-driven products, EatClub is at the forefront of the digital revolution in the hospitality industry.Your RoleAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist at EatClub, you'll be the first hire within this department and will help us drive our growth by hiring great people.
You'll own the talent acquisition efforts, work with our leaders to ensure they're supported through their interviews, and help centralise our hiring processes.What You'll Do:
Own the entire Talent Acquisition effort from role scoping, drafting JDs, advertising, screening and nurturing candidates throughout the processCollaborate with hiring managers to help lead initial stages of the hiring process by filtering applications and conducting screening callsSupport hiring managers in designing role related tasks & challengesSupport hiring managers understand what great looks like by benchmarking talent profilesImplement talent processes and systems (we use Employment Hero!)Help build a talent pipeline by networking and building relationships amongst the tech communityBuild out our employer brand by representing EatClub across different platformsAbout YouWe're looking for someone with an ownership mentality - it will be you that will help shape the direction of how this looks like.

Also preference if someone is in Sydney (as that's where most management team is).What You Bring:
2-5 years of experience within agency or in-house talent acquisition working within tech or startupsExperience managing the hiring process lifecycle (start to end) - i.e.
