API and Platform servicesExtensibilityAIAnd other areas of evolving technologyA typical "day in the life" of a platform specialist will includeSupport our Customers and Sales TeamsLeading Discovery sessions to understand customer challengesBuild demonstrations to address customer-specific asksCreate videos, recordings, and other digital assetsHelp identify appropriate services available on the BTP platform to address customer requirementsAdvise customers on their Clean Core approach as they move to a cloud-based ERPFacilitate Clean core assessments and interpret resultsHelp position SAP as an integration solution of choicePlay a critical post-sale supporting role in ensuring continuity and successin the customer's subsequent adoption, consumption, and further expansion of BTP solutions.Evangelise, Educate and InspireEvangelise theSAP cloud strategy in discussions with internal teams andcustomerstoshape perspectives.Support the awareness and education of the SAP ecosystem on BTP solutions.Support marketing campaigns and events as needed.Community Outreach - Help build relationships with local universities and coding groups or similar, to raise awarenessof SAP technologyExemplify andchampiona true "customer first" mindset in every interaction -focus on the long-term success of the customer.Required SkillsPresenting and Consulting experienceA passion for technology and solution designKnowledge of development tools and technologiesKnowledge of hyperscalers such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud PlatformAbility to establish relationships with technical and non-technical professionalsA willingness to learnProficiency at prioritising tasksGood verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skillsEffectively presents information to their team and customers as needed.Additional SkillsExperience in creating, designing, and recording collateral such as value-based presentations& demonstrations, whiteboards, webinars, videos, podcasts etc.Bring out your bestSAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
