Kontron Australia is seeking a talented ICT Sales Representative to join our Mount Kuring-Gai office full-time.
This role involves promoting Kontron's IPX/SOSA products and solutions to the defence and embedded systems sectors across Australia.
It is essential to our growth strategy, focusing on identifying opportunities, enhancing customer relationships, and delivering tailored technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and secure new business for Kontron IPX/SOSA products.
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key stakeholders in the ICT and defence industries.
Provide expert advice and technical support to match clients with the right products and solutions.
Collaborate with internal technical and support teams for seamless pre- and post-sales processes.
Participate in sales conferences, marketing campaigns, and training workshops to promote Kontron's capabilities.
Accurately forecast revenue and maintain CRM records, reporting on sales pipeline and performance metrics.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Engineering, focusing on electronics and digital technology.
3-5 years of proven sales experience, ideally with Kontron hardware and IPX/SOSA solutions for the defence and embedded systems markets.
Strong technical understanding of embedded computing, hardware integration, and frameworks such as SOSA and OpenVPX.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
A problem-solving mindset with a solutions-oriented approach.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
Tertiary qualifications in engineering, computer science, or business are highly desirable.
