Digital Brand and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Digital Brand and Marketing Manager to lead the digital marketing strategy for the IPH Group, playing a key role in enhancing our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and boosting brand awareness across our group of member firms.

In this pivotal role, you'll own and manage all digital platforms controlled by the IPH Group, executing high-impact digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, and social media. You'll collaborate closely with our Human Resources, Communications, and Marketing teams to align messaging, support talent attraction, and ensure a consistent, engaging digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and Execution

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business objectives
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email,
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies.

Content Creation and Management

• Oversee content strategy, including creation, distribution, and optimisation to drive engagement and enhance brand authority
• Manage social media presence and maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels
• Grow an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content by liaising with a range of internal stakeholders including HR, Corporate Communications, Transformation and IT.
• Work with the Internal Communications Manager to develop digital assets and templates to support internal communication campaign and activities.

Digital Platform Ownership

• Own all company controlled online platforms including websites and social media, working closely with the Internal Communications Manager to align content messaging and themes
• Ensure that all content is maintained, and content is accurate and aligned with the business strategy
• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of social media platforms
• Regularly evaluate and refresh content on all online platforms

Digital Asset Management

• Oversee the creation, storage, and distribution of digital assets such as images, videos, and documents.
• Create and manage digital brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms
• Ensure that all digital assets are consistent with brand guidelines.

Analytics and Reporting

• Measure and analyse key performance indicators to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI
• Generate regular reports on marketing campaign performance and provide data-driven insights
• Stay up to date with industry trends, practices, new technologies and new digital marketing opportunities
• Identify trends and optimize strategies based on analytical findings

Knowledge and Experience:

• At least 4 years' digital marketing experience in a corporate environment or professional services.
• Experience using Real-Time Journeys on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred).
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong creative skills with an eye for design and the ability to develop visually compelling digital content
• Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Exceptional writing and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, problem-solving and driven mindset.
• Attention to detail and practices to check work thoroughly for completeness and accuracy.
• Degree or similar level in a relevant discipline.
