About the Role:

ECCO (INSERT STORE LOCATION) is looking for a dedicated Sales Associate with a drive to succeed and provide a premium shopping experience for our customers, selling shoes that practically sell themselves!

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a premium, fast-paced environment; uphold the quality of our brand; and achieve sales of shoes and related products.
Align with the Visual Merchandising plan and Mystery Shopper standards.
Process customer orders, returns, and maintain inventory according to standards.
Ensure general housekeeping and store tidiness.

Skills & Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will:

Have previous retail sales or similar experience with persuasive communication skills.
Have demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and sales targets.
Be committed and professional in providing exceptional customer service as an ECCO brand ambassador.
Be a team player and a natural people-person who thrives on building relationships.
Demonstrate a growth mindset in an exciting, fast-paced work environment.
Love product knowledge and training, with a willingness to learn.
Have flexibility with your availability, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
