Oversee daily operations across 7 locations, ensuring food quality, customer service, and cleanliness meet high standards.Hire, train, and manage store managers and staff while building a motivated and efficient team culture.Monitor financial performance, including sales, labor, inventory, and food costs, and implement strategies to improve profitability.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards across all locations while handling customer escalations professionally.Qualifications:
Minimum 6 years of experience in the hospitality or food service industry, including 3+ years in multi-unit managementExpertise in restaurant operations, P&L management, and team leadershipMust hold a valid UAE Driver's license
