About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Senior BIM Architect
to join a dynamic team in Dubai's vibrant Design District. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' professional experience and a strong command of BIM methodologies, particularly in design-led environments. This is a senior-level role for someone who thrives on creative collaboration, technical rigor, and the ambition to shape forward-thinking architecture across diverse sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design across high-profile projects in the region
• Develop concept-to-construction BIM models, ensuring design integrity throughout
• Coordinate across disciplines, managing internal teams and external consultants
• Oversee the integration of BIM workflows into project planning and delivery
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the studio
• Support strategic design thinking, feasibility studies, and client presentations
• Maintain an active awareness of local codes, authority requirements, and industry best practices
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in architecture
• Proven track record in delivering projects from concept through to completion
• Strong proficiency in
Revit
and BIM management (Autodesk Construction Cloud knowledge a plus)
• Experience working in the Middle East or on international projects preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Degree in Architecture from an internationally accredited university
• Strong design sensibility with a clear understanding of technical execution
