We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Academic Data and Systems Manager to join our team.
Role Overview
The Academic Data Manager will oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of academic data across primary and secondary phases, working closely with school leaders, teachers, and staff to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and strategic use to support teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain data systems (e.g., MIS, assessment platforms)
Coordinate assessment cycles and reporting processes
Create reports and analyze data to support school improvement
Ensure data compliance with regulations (KHDA, DfE, etc.)
Provide training and support on data systems and practices
Function
Responsible for data analysis and management of:
iSAMS student data system (marksheets)
iSAMS curriculum information (set lists, timetables)
Lead data analysis efforts to enhance teaching and learning, manage curriculum data cycles, and develop systems to improve data usage school-wide. Assist in timetable preparation and produce reports to support pastoral roles.
Outline of Duties
Maintain accurate assessment and reporting data within ISAMs
Develop student performance data reports, manage mark sheets and report templates
Produce data analysis reports for various stakeholders
Lead data analysis for A-Level and GCSE results days
Administer student monitoring, report generation, and parental communication
Manage external data systems (CAT4, PTE, PTM, PTS, PISA, TIMSS)
Assist in KHDA data preparation and analysis
Support timetabling and anticipate future data needs

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Experience in data management, preferably in education
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in MIS platforms (ideally ISAMs), Excel, Google Sheets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Numeracy skills and collaborative approach across school phases
