An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Spa Attendant to join the Spa team at Madinat Jumeirah.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Oversee and set up the daily operations of the male/female spa according to Talise standards, ensuring smooth functioning of all spa areas.Greet guests upon arrival and provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service throughout their visit to ensure a positive guest experience.Replenish necessary items and maintain inventory levels by requesting and collecting stock and supplies as per minimum stock levels.Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of spa facilities, including water quality, treatment rooms, equipment, and locker rooms.Handle guest complaints effectively, record comments, and report any damages or losses to supervisors.Assist therapists and practitioners in preparing for treatments or baths and maintain cleanliness of equipment, reporting deficiencies as needed.About you:
