About the Role 3 Sphere is providing Cost Consultancy for multiple real estate projects in the GCC region.
We are active in real estate sectors including:
Commercial and Retail Fit Out Hospitality and F&B Residential We are seeking a talented Project Cost Consultant to join our team and work across multiple projects under the supervision of the leadership team and to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
Duties will include:
Pre Contract Cost Consultancy Quantification of construction works Manage measurement team outputs Estimating and Benchmarking Prepare Bills of Quantities Quality Assurance Data Collection and Analysis Maintain Rate Libraries Procurement Services Compilation of Tender Packs Prequalification of Contractors Handle Tender Queries and responses Post Tender Clarifications Tender Reports & Recommendations Post Contract Cost Consultancy Maintain Correspondence and Records Interim Valuations and Certificates Remeasurement duties Manage Bonds, Warranties & Insurances Cashflow analysis Manage Contractor-Client Relationships Contract Administration (FIDIC) Management Team Management Line Management incl.
Performance and Pastoral duties Cognisant of Appointments and Scope Cognisant of Fee Provisions and Efficient Resource Use Support APC Candidates as Counsellor Native English, or fluent English Articulate and succinct written and oral styles Experience in all or most duties detailed in 'about the role" Experience with Cost X or similar estimating software Experience with POMI Experience with NRM1 >3 year of experience in UAE/GCC Experience with FIDIC Contracts Qualifications & Experience Undergraduate degree in Quantity Surveying or; master's degree in similar Construction subject matter >6 years post graduate experience MRICS expected other than by exception Demonstrable experience in sectors listed in 'about the role' UAE driving license Personal Attributes You will be representing our brand and are expected to act according to and promote our values.
