Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Female

English

Teacher (ADEK Approved/ Preferably with UAE experience and complete/attested documents)

for a reputable school in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, a passion for teaching, and experience in delivering high-quality lessons that engage and inspire students. This role involves teaching students from Cycle 1 and 2 in a specific curriculum (e.g. British, American, IB) and providing them with the tools to improve their reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. The English Teacher will foster a supportive learning environment that encourages academic growth and personal development.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in Education Specialization OR Teaching Diploma ADEK Bachelor's degree
ILETS band score of 7 required.
Minimum of 2 years Experience in UAE (American Curriculum)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Lessons : Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in English catering to students' varying abilities.
Curriculum Implementation : Follow and contribute to the development of the school's English curriculum.
Student Progress : Assess and monitor students' progress through regular testing, assignments, and classroom observations.
Lesson Planning : Develop creative and engaging lesson plans that focus on enhancing the core skills of reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
Classroom Management : Create a positive, disciplined, and inclusive learning environment.
Supportive Learning : Identify students' strengths and weaknesses and provide targeted support for those who require additional help.
Feedback & Communication : Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain regular communication with parents regarding academic performance and behavior.
Assessments : Design and mark exams, assignments, and projects, and track student progress effectively.
Collaborative Work : Work closely with other teachers, administrative staff, and the school's leadership team to ensure a well-rounded educational experience.
Extra-Curricular Activities : Participate in extracurricular activities such as clubs, events, and school initiatives where applicable.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in English Education or a related field

(required).
Teaching qualification

(e.g. PGCE, CELTA, TESOL, or equivalent) (required).
Minimum of

2 years of teaching experience

in an English language teaching role (preferably in a school setting).
Strong understanding of

language development

and pedagogy.
Excellent English language skills

(both verbal and written).
Familiarity with the curriculum

being taught (e.g. British, American, IB) (preferred).
Classroom management skills

and the ability to motivate and engage students.
Strong

communication and interpersonal skills .
Ability to

differentiate instruction

to cater to a diverse range of learners.
Organized

and capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Creativity and passion

for fostering a love of literature and language among students.
