Ideal Candidate Will:
• Hold a recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE with QTS or equivalent)
• Have at least 2 years’ experience teaching English at secondary level (KS3–KS4; A-Level/IB a bonus)
• Demonstrate a passion for literature, language, and literacy
• Be confident supporting students with English as an additional language
• Be an enthusiastic team player who thrives in a diverse, ambitious school culture
