Here at Eclipse we have an opportunity for an Account Manager to join our team based in Kettering. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis working Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm. In return, you will receive a competitive salary.

As our Account Manager you will be responsible for the overall management and support of new and existing customer projects on a daily basis, whilst providing outstanding customer service and being the primary point of contact between the business & the customer.

Duties as our Account Manager will include:
• Develop accounts and build strong relationships with customers
• Identify new business opportunities and encourage new business leads
• Manage high profile key accounts on mandatory and critical mail projects
• Brief with clients and manage the set-up of new campaigns
• Co-ordinate data, artwork and production, and manage campaign process
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal production, commercial and the sales department to ensure projects are delivered on time and to client specifications
• Attend client meetings and report on SLAs

What we’re looking for in our Account Manager:
• Minimum 3 years’ account management experience is essential
• Experience in print, direct mail, print management or fulfilment environments would be advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
• Ability to prioritise busy workloads and multi-task in a pressurised environment
• Good project management skills with a keen eye for detail
