Die verband tussen ‘n gesonde omgewing en persoonlike gesondheid

Wees slim in die son

Ons bly in ‘n land wat bekend is vir sy wonderlike sonskynweer. Die son kan ‘n mens baie goed laat voel en jou liggaam help om gesonde vitamine te vervaardig. Die mens kan ook die warm strale van die son inspan om vrugte, byvoorbeeld perskes, en groente soos tamaties, te droog en sodoende te preserveer. Wetenskaplikes gebruik sonstrale om krag op te wek wat gebruik kan word in plaas van elektrisiteit. Ons noem dit sonenergie.

Die son kan ook skade aanrig. Wanneer mense gereeld in die hitte van die dag (bv. 12:00) op die strand in die son lê en sonbrand, word die vel sodanig beskadig dat ‘n mens later velprobleme, bv. velkanker, kan opdoen. As ‘n mens té strawwe oefening in die warm son doen sonder om water te drink, loop jy die gevaar om te dehidreer (ontwater). Dit beteken dat jou liggaam te veel vog verloor en jy dan naar en siek begin voel. Meeste soorte plante verskroei in die warm son, veral as daar nie genoeg vog in die grond is nie.

Om ‘n toeristebrosjure te ontwerp [lu 1.2]

Plak ‘n fotokopie, of die werklike pamflet wat julle groep gemaak het om ‘n vakansie in die sonnige Suid-Afrika te adverteer, in jul modules.

Aktiwiteit 2

Om ‘n lys van “sonveilige” reëls te maak [lu 1.2]

Maak ‘n lys van ten minste vyf goue reëls waarmee toeriste rekening moet hou wanneer hulle gedurende die somer in ons sonnige land vakansie hou.



Die leerder is in staat om ingeligte besluite oor persoonlike, gemeenskaps-en omgewingsgesondheid te neem.

fullerene is a bucky ball aka Carbon 60 molecule. It was name by the architect Fuller. He design the geodesic dome. it resembles a soccer ball.
what is the actual application of fullerenes nowadays?
That is a great question Damian. best way to answer that question is to Google it. there are hundreds of applications for buck minister fullerenes, from medical to aerospace. you can also find plenty of research papers that will give you great detail on the potential applications of fullerenes.

Mostly, they use nano carbon for electronics and for materials to be strengthened.

Yeah, it is a pain to say the least. You basically have to heat the substarte up to around 1000 degrees celcius then pass phosphene gas over top of it, which is explosive and toxic by the way, under very low pressure.
