Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute operational strategies that align with the company's goals.

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.

10+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Strong understanding of operational processes, performance metrics, and best practices.

Proven track record of successful project management and process optimization.

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration.

Familiarity with data analysis tools and project management software.
