Department/Unit Overview
As a registered nurse on the Medical/Surgical unit, you will plan, coordinate, and implement patient care tailored to the unique needs of your patients. You will ensure quality care is provided efficiently and safely, adhering to established standards. Your flexible approach and clinical expertise will help foster a respectful atmosphere among staff, physicians, patients, and families.
- 30 Medical Beds
- 19 Surgical Beds
- 5:1 Day Patient Ratio
- 5:1 Night Patient Ratio
- 12 Hour Shifts
Your Contributions
Utilize your expertise to create specialized plans of care and innovate patient care. You'll make a direct impact on patient well-being and enhance their overall healthcare experience.

- Commitment-incentive bonus ranging from $10,000 to $25,000 based on experience
- Shift differentials of $2.25 - $4.50

Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants must possess a valid state RN license and have completed either an accredited bachelor's degree or associate degree in nursing. Additional requirements include:
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification required for Charge RN role
