JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant / Intake Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Seattle ARP (Mens Adult Rehabilitation Program)
STATUS: Regular Full-Time, Non-Exempt
PAY RATE: $22.50 per hour

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
- BA in a Social Service field preferred
- Two (2) years of related experience.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Valid State of Washington Driver's License and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report and driving criteria.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Conduct screening interviews with applicants seeking admission to the Mens ARP program, conferring with referral agents, and requesting necessary background information. Make admission decisions based on personal interviews and written information.
- Process admitted Participants by orienting them to the program, explaining rules and regulations, obtaining necessary signatures, and initiating case record folders.
- Maintain ongoing contact with current and prospective referral sources to ensure an adequate level of referrals and maintain program integrity.
- Prepare Participant electronic files and statistical reports required by program policies.
- Attend inter-agency meetings and conferences as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality for the operation of the Mens ARP recovery program.
- Regularly meet and work with male participants specifically for employment and housing services.
- Develop and monitor goals with Participants directly related to employment and housing.
- Provide transportation for Participants to meetings, medical appointments, program-related events, and other TSA locations as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, Administrator, or designated representative.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
- Ability to grasp, push, and pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, and other office equipment.
- Ability to communicate clearly on the telephone.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Work Schedule / Location: Monday through Friday / In-person.
