General Summary of Position

Medstar Health is looking for an Inpatient Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at MedStar National Rehabilitation Hospital! The ideal candidate will be competent in the diagnosis and management of neurogenic communication and swallowing disorders.
Shifts will be a combination of weekend, weekday and holiday coverage.

The Inpatient Speech Language Pathologist will provide Speech Language Pathology services to communicatively and swallow impaired patients under the supervision of a licensed and certified SLP (Speech Language Pathologist).
Participates in educational activities and special projects.
Assists in achieving Service goals.
Assists in the maintenance of the professional image of the Service inside and outside of the hospital.
