Responsabilidades:
- El Lder del Equipo de Stewarding es responsable de supervisar y coordinar las actividades del equipo para asegurar que todas las reas de la cocina, los utensilios y equipos se mantengan limpios, ordenados y en ptimas condiciones.
- Garantiza un entorno de cocina seguro y eficiente, apoyando al equipo culinario y al personal de servicio en la entrega de una experiencia gastronmica excepcional para nuestros huspedes.
- Supervisar y coordinar las actividades diarias del equipo de Stewarding, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estndares de limpieza y sanidad.
- Asignar tareas y responsabilidades al personal de Stewarding, garantizando una distribucin equitativa del trabajo.
- Adiestrar y capacitar a los nuevos miembros del equipo en procedimientos de limpieza, uso de equipos y prcticas de seguridad.
- Asegurar que todas las reas de la cocina, incluyendo las estaciones de trabajo, equipos y utensilios, estn limpios y en buen estado.
- Monitorear y mantener los niveles de inventario de suministros de limpieza, utensilios y otros materiales necesarios.
- Colaborar con el equipo de cocina y servicio para asegurar una comunicacin fluida y un apoyo mutuo en todas las operaciones.
- Inspeccionar regularmente las reas de trabajo para identificar y corregir posibles riesgos de seguridad o problemas de mantenimiento.
- Implementar y hacer cumplir las polticas y procedimientos del hotel en cuanto a seguridad, higiene y sanidad.
- Participar en reuniones de equipo y capacitaciones para mantenerse actualizado sobre nuevas prcticas y estndares del sector.
- Asistir en la preparacin y servicio de eventos especiales, asegurando que se cumplan todos los requisitos de limpieza y organizacin.
- Reportar cualquier problema de mantenimiento o necesidad de atencin inmediata al Gerente de Stewarding.
- Seguir todas las polticas y procedimientos de la empresa en cuanto a seguridad y proteccin; reportar accidentes, lesiones y condiciones de trabajo inseguras al director; y completar las capacitaciones y certificaciones de seguridad.
- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones de trabajo positivas con los dems, apoyar al equipo para alcanzar objetivos comunes y escuchar y responder apropiadamente a las preocupaciones de otros empleados.
Cualificaciones:
- Orientado/a a la hospitalidad.
- Experiencia previa mnima de 2 aos en un rol similar en la industria de la hospitalidad, preferiblemente en un entorno de cocina de alto volumen.
- Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo con la capacidad de motivar y dirigir a un equipo.
- Conocimiento de procedimientos de limpieza y sanidad en cocinas profesionales.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera eficiente bajo presin y manejar mltiples tareas simultneamente.
- Flexibilidad para trabajar en horarios variables, incluyendo noches, fines de semana y das festivos.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicacin y capacidad para colaborar efectivamente con diferentes departamentos.
- Conocimiento bsico de herramientas de gestin y software de inventario es una ventaja.
- Debe trabajar bien bajo presin, incluso con supervisin mnima.
- Debe ser capaz de agacharse, ponerse en cuclillas y estirarse, estar de pie durante 2-3 horas seguidas, levantar objetos de hasta 50 libras.
- Bilinge (espaol/ingls).
