Nesse sentido, estamos a reforçar a equipa, com a contratação de um Administrativo de Obra, com disponibilidade para trabalhar na Área Internacional.
MISSÃO:
Controlar os recursos financeiros e Logísticos do projeto, tal como definido no planeamento e reorçamentos aprovados, de acordo com as orientações do Direção de Obra, cumprindo com as normas e procedimentos da CJR Renewables, legislação aplicável, standards internacionais e as melhores práticas da Área Financeira e Contabilística, assegurando o seu cumprimento;
RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Analisar a informação referente ao ponto, presenças, férias dos colaboradores, em plataforma digital
- Elaboração de mapas para controlo de custos diários dos projecto;
- Elaboração de mapas para controlo de caixa dos projecto;
- Apoio aos processos de junto das Entidade Oficiais
- Coordenar e colaborar no reporting financeiro do projeto;
- Assegurar a atribuição e registo correto dos custos e o registo frequente da produção do projeto;
- Realizar movimento em SAP, para controlo de custos
- Assegurar o cumprimento das referências, processos, normas e procedimentos financeiro;
- Apoiar o Direção de Obra no controlo de custos e produção;
- Apoiar a gestão do Projeto com o Departamento Financeiro;
- Apoiar o Project Manager no cumprimento e promoção dos princípios estabelecidos na Política Integrada de Gestão (Qualidade, Segurança e Ambiente) e os procedimentos do Sistema de Gestão aprovados na Organização.
REQUISITOS:
- Formação ao Nível do 12º Ano
- Conhecimentos, Microsoft Office e SAP (preferencial);
- Fluência oral e escrita em espanhol e inglês (preferencial);
- Trabalho em Equipa;
- Disponibilidade para permanência no estrangeiro.
