Overview:
GovCIO is currently hiring for Junior Level Administrator to support our US Mint program. This position will be located in Philadelphia, PA and will be a full onsite position.
Responsibilities:
Work in professional IT service environment, consisting of ticket, service request, knowledgebase, and asset management.
Provides technical support for computers and associated networks. Installs, troubleshoots, services, and repairs personal computers, network equipment such as servers, modems, multiplexers, related PC software, telephones, cables, and connectors.
Provides personal computer, hardware, and software support. Installs, services, and repairs personal computers and installs attendant software.
Connects personal computers and terminals to existing data networks. Maintains network diagrams and circuit records. Maintains trouble logs. Instructs users in the use of personal computers and networks. Investigates information, network, and communications needs of users, and makes recommendations regarding software and hardware purchases.
Confers with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications.
Installs and performs minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's with 2-5 years (or commensurate experience)
Required Skills and Experience
Experience working in a professional IT service environment, consisting of ticket, service request, knowledgebase, and asset management.
One of: HDI-CSR, Microsoft 365: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or ITIL 4+ Foundation Certification within 3 to 6 months of onboarding
Clearance Required: Must be able to acquire an active US Mint Public Trust
Preferred Skills and Experience
Associate degree or greater in relevant field - Preferred.
Experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 infrastructure and operation support for all IT service areas; in manufacturing setting preferred.
Experience managing tickets in ServiceNow preferred.
1 individual with experience supporting VTC and AV systems preferred.

Posted Pay Range
The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Posted Salary Range: USD $55,000.00 - USD $65,000.00 /Yr.
