Som teknisk kundesupport hos Johnson Controls vil du ha en sentral rolle i å hjelpe våre kunder i Norden med avanserte byggautomasjonsløsninger. Arbeidet ditt vil fokusere på integrasjon, samspillet mellom ulike programmeringsspråk og feilsøking. I en tid hvor bærekraft og energieffektivitet er viktigere enn noen gang, får du sjansen til å jobbe med innovative BAS-systemer som Metasys, EASY IO og Facility Explorer.

Arbeidsoppgaver vil blant annet inkludere:

  • Assistere våre kunder når de opplever tekniske feil eller utfordringer med sine systemer, inkludert Metasys, EASY IO og Facility Explorer (Du vil få opplærling i disse)

  • Gjennomføre opplæring av kunder i våre systemer for å sikre best mulig bruk og forståelse.

  • Gi kundestøtte i feilsøking og utvikling av systemer for å forbedre deres drift.

  • Håndtere innkommende supporthenvendelser og sørge for rask og effektiv respons.

  • Arbeide med både nye installasjoner og oppdatering av eksisterende systemer.

  • Opprettholde en høy grad av kundeorientering, serviceinnstilling og lagånd i alle aktiviteter.

Vi ser etter personer med følgende kvalifikasjoner:

  • Teknisk utdanning innen fagområde som elektro, automasjon og erfaring med programmeringsverktøy

  • Vi ser gjerne du har erfaring med SD-Anlegg og igangkjøring av byggautomasjonssystemer

  • Erfaring med datamaskiner og kunnskap innen Windows, Windows Server, Office, SQL, og datanettverk, samt erfaring med feilsøking/installasjon i disse områdene

  • Du har førerkort - klasse B

Fordelaktig om du har kunnskap om:

  • Praktisk innsikt og erfaring innen byggautomasjon

  • Kunnskap og forståelse for kommunikasjonsprotokoller som BACnet, Modbus, KNX, MQTT og API

  • Evne til å forstå problemer og finne årsaker og løsninger

  • Du har kunnskap, interesse og gjerne erfaring med KNX

  • Interesse for arbeid med teknisk support og er serviceinstillt
