Position details to be a Mentor:
Drive 2 weeks solo only then 1 day meeting at terminal to go over program
Can choose to not go through with it after meeting
• 40 cpm + .10cpm training pay +.04 cpm productivity = .54 cpm + other bonuses
10 - 14 days out
• 4 cpm performance bonus
Sign on - $500 paid at 1st pick up of student
Pick up - $250 paid at pick up of each student
Upgrade/1st Dispatch $250 to Mentor at 1st dispatch of upgraded student
10k Safe miles $500 paid when student reachs 10k safe miles
20k Safe miles paid when student reachs 20K safe miles
Training cpm .10 cpm extra paid for Company and PCC drivers
Elite Mentor .01 cpm paid for each mile of the student after 1st dispatch for 1 yr as Company Driver
Qualifications
21 years old
6 months OTR within past year
Pass Urine Drug Test
