POSITION SUMMARY:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Contract Analyst. In this role, the successful Senior Contract Analyst will partner within the IT department and across the organization through analysis, design and delivery of digital solutions aligned to highly visible strategic programs. Specific responsibilities include:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design IT systems and associated workflows offering a superior user experience and sound system architecture and engineering
Perform other duties as assigned.
Mentor less-experienced staff and supports their development.
Provide input to budget and resource planning
Commit to deliverables with customers and/or management, and meets associated deadlines
Select appropriate tools and methodologies for projects
Anticipate implementation obstacles or future state impacts and partner with development and delivery teams to mitigate impacts
Facilitate development of analytics to measure product success with guidance from Business Owners and Tech Leads.
Collect and document user requirements, and develop and maintain functional and technical designs and specifications to help the stakeholders, managers, and development teams understand the desired future state experience/offering
Conduct complete diagnostics of business problems and formulate product hypotheses through user research, stakeholder interviews, market research, and system analysis.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
To qualify you must have a Typically requires 2 or more years of experience and BA/BS degree.
