Position Details
We are seeking 100% remote BC/BE Psychiatrists to join our expanding national team.
Compensation & Benefits
Market-leading compensation with a competitive base salary and productivity-based income. You keep a high percentage of your earnings.
Comprehensive benefits, including coverage of up to 100% of healthcare premiums for large families.
Flexible schedule with reduced administrative burdens, patient scheduling, and billing handled by us.
Modern practice tools, including an integrated EMR, telemedicine, lab integration, and proprietary outcome tracking tools.
Ability to select your patient population and set appointment lengths (minimum 60 minutes for intake, 30 minutes for follow-up).
Strong referral network and seamless information sharing via EMR.
Additional benefits: health, dental, vision insurance; malpractice coverage; 401K match; PTO, sick leave, holidays; licensing support; provided technology; total annual compensation ~$300K-$350K+.
Your Qualifications
Board eligible or certified in Psychiatry; subspecialties encouraged.
Active, unrestricted medical license (licensure assistance available).
Excellent clinical and communication skills.
