You're an emergency medicine physician who's spent years mastering the fast-paced, high-stakes world of acute care. Now, you're ready for a role that offers not only clinical impact but the chance to contribute to the future of the specialty.

You join a world-class health system known for its academic excellence and large Emergency Medicine Residency Program.

You have options:

  • If you lean toward academics, you can work 34 clinical hours per week for 46 weeks a year, earning $315K plus a 10% performance-based incentive. Want to push a bit more? Take on 36 hours and bump your salary to $340K'still with that 10% incentive on top. Add $52K for Nighttime Differential

  • Prefer to focus solely on clinical work? That's on the table too. A 34-hour clinical week earns you $330K + 10% incentive, or step up to 36 hours and bump your salary to $340K + bonus package. Add $62K for Nighttime Differential

Your schedule is flexible:
shifts come in 8, 10, or 12-hour blocks. And with a full benefits package'including a 403B with employer contribution and a 457 executive plan for additional retirement savings'you're not just earning today, you're planning for the long run.
