How you'll contribute
You'll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.

- $20,000 sign-on bonus eligibility for full-time, bedside RNs
- $4 Shift differential (2nd shift & evenings), $1 shift differential (weekends)

• Department/Unit Summary

• SOVAH Danville's Behavioral Health Unit is a 24-bed unit which provides services that treats mental health issues and promotes patient wellbeing. We have a team of staff Psychiatrists, Nurses, Counselors, Social Workers, Case Managers and Technicians that offer individual, group and family therapy. Additionally, we support this with medication therapy and other interventions. SOVAH Danville offers a supportive, safe and healing environment for recovery. Once discharged, we also have involvement from our community care partners, which help support a successful return to the home environment. <.
