You put in 40-50 hours of time each week but only train 20-25 client sessions/classes so how much are you really earning in a year, all in? Are you holding down 2-3 different jobs to piece together a reasonable income? Is your body getting worn out from participating in all the sessions and classes? 1 to help them achieve their fitness goals?

The Orangetheory Fitness concept is built around the Fitness Coach role which delivers our 1-hour full-body group workout.
Our workout is backed by science, tracked by technology and inspired and led by certified coaches .

What we offer our full-time Fitness Professionals:

• Coaches are in the studio about 35 hours per week with great income and full benefits.
  
• We offer a consistent schedule with options of early bird, night owl or a variety based on your preferences.
  
• Our Coaches earn a consistent income without the worry of clients with no shows or last minute cancellations.
  
• New studios are opening all over the metro area and we love to promote from within for leadership positions.

Qualifications:

• Fitness Certification:
  Personal or Group Training.
  
• CPR and AED Certified.
  
• Passion for health and fitness.
  
• A big smile and a great attitude.
  
• Sincere in your communication, team player, care about others.
  
• Growth-minded and open to learning.
  
• Attention to detail; follow proven systems and policies.
  

Compensation:
$25-$65/hour

In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism.
