Estamos a recrutar Project/Program Managers para integrarem a equipa de um dos nossos clientes no sector energético.
O/A profissional selecionado atuará como Digital Acceleration Consultant, responsável por liderar o desenvolvimento e a implementação de soluções utilizando principalmente metodologias ágeis e ferramentas do Microsoft Office 365, incluindo PowerBI, Power Apps, Power Automate, entre outras.
- Duração:
até 30/04/2026 com perspetiva de continuidade; - Modelo de trabalho:
híbrido (3 dias presenciais por semana, a partir dos escritórios do cliente em Lisboa)
Tarefas:
- Garantir gestão eficaz e eficiente do âmbito, prazo, custo e qualidade;
- Elaborar e garantir cumprimento planos de projeto (execução, comunicação, riscos e mitigação);
- Garantir que a execução financeira está em conformidade com a execução;
- Gerir o relacionamento e comunicação assertiva com todos os stakeholders;
- Elaborar o reporting do projeto, informação de gestão e promover a decisão.
- Construir uma relação de confiança e trabalhar em conjunto com os vários stakeholders, em todas as plataformas e regiões geográficas, para impulsionar eficazmente a transformação digital no cliente.
- Identificação de novas oportunidades e/ou desafios digitais e de novas soluções a desenvolver/implementar.
- Reunir especificações detalhadas do projeto e elaborar propostas de briefing abrangentes para garantir uma compreensão clara do âmbito e dos objectivos do projeto.
- Supervisionar todo o ciclo de vida dos projectos selecionados, incluindo:
seleção e contratação de parceiros, agendamento de reuniões, revisão de propostas e garantia de entrega atempada ao cliente final. - Utilizar o PowerBI e o Jira para monitorizar o pipeline anual de projectos.
Requisitos:
- 3 a 5 anos de experiência como Gestor de Projeto (valorizam-se certificações).
- Formação académica na área de gestão ou tecnologias.
- Capacidade de comunicação escrita e verbal.
- Capacidade de trabalho em ambiente colaborativo e produtivo.
- Capacidade de análise crítica e focada em resolução de pontos de bloqueio.
- Experiência em gestão de relações.
- Experiência com ferramentas do Microsoft Office 365 e metodologia de design thinking.
- Será valorizada a experiência e/ou conhecimento do sector energético.
- Fluência em PT e EN exigida, e ES valorizada.
