Acture Solutions is looking for a motivated and service-minded Junior Network Systems Engineer to join our on-site support team. What You'll Do
Assist with the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructures and server environments
Troubleshoot and resolve network and system performance issues under the guidance of senior engineers
Support enterprise software applications including installations, updates, and issue resolution
Assist with configuring and maintaining Windows and Linux servers
Learn and support network fundamentals such as VLANs, port configurations, and Quality of Service
Help manage network services such as DHCP and DNS; familiarity with email routing and security is a plus
Deploy and troubleshoot wireless access points (HPE Aruba, Meraki, Cisco)
Configure and install layer 2 switches
Work with cybersecurity tools (EDR, MDR, NDR) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Utilize Cisco and HPE Aruba wired and wireless network equipment
Participate in network and server projects with cross-functional teams
Use PSA systems (Autotask) to manage and document work
Perform other related duties as assigned
What You Bring

Foundational knowledge of networking, servers, and enterprise IT environments
Desire to grow professionally and learn from experienced engineers
Basic understanding of system administration concepts
Exposure to enterprise IT tools and services is a plus
Experience with or interest in cloud technologies and cybersecurity tools
Applicants must live within a one-hour commute of the job location.

$60,000-$80,000 (based on experience)
