- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays. Tuesday availability is also a must.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to industry demands.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, team environment.
- Knowledge of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene practices as per company and regulatory standards.
- A friendly, positive attitude with a focus on providing excellent service.
- Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 35 pounds.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fast food, food service, cashier, golf course, retail, hotel, or airport are helpful but not required.
- Greet guests, complete transactions, and thank them for their business.
- Sell food and beverages at the concession stand, meeting sales goals.
- Promote loyalty card sign-ups, upselling, and suggestive selling.
- Operate point-of-sale terminals, make accurate change, and fulfill online orders.
- Prepare food and beverages following food safety policies and local regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness by stocking, sanitizing, and cleaning concession and beverage areas.
- Provide friendly, helpful, and fast service, resolving guest concerns.
- Uphold Marcus' standards, follow instructions on safe chemical use, and assist management as needed.
