Your Opportunity
You will lead a team of professionals in the design and construction of large-scale commercial projects across various sectors. Projects will span from conceptual planning through design, construction, and occupancy.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects as an Owner's Representative, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule adherence.

Communicate daily with clients and project teams.

Lead the Design Team, including Architects, Engineers, and Consultants.

Oversee daily project activities and maintain communication with stakeholders.

Distribute meeting notes and coordinate project documentation.

Lead the Construction Team on behalf of the owner.

Develop, track, and update project schedules and budgets throughout all phases.

Review contracts, invoices, and payments to contractors, consultants, and vendors.

Prepare monthly reports for the owner.

Assist with plan reviews and inspections.

Negotiate contracts and resolve disputes and claims.

Report to Senior Project Manager, Project Director, or Executive.

Capabilities and Credentials

Experience in project management and Owner's Representative roles in design and construction.

Ability to multitask and develop business relationships.

Willingness and ability to travel.

Excellent client relationship and communication skills.

Leadership experience in managing project teams.

Proficiency in budget and schedule management.

Preferred Qualifications

15-20 years of experience in project management and Owner's Representative roles.

Professional licensure such as PE certification.

Experience with design-build and alternative project delivery methods.

Proven program management experience with over $2B of completed work in buildings.

Real estate expertise, including guidance on disposition strategies.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience managing at least five consulting projects with fees of $250K or more.

Work Environment
Typically office-based working with computers; field work may involve exposure to weather conditions.

Additional Information
Salary Range: $114,400 - $171,600, based on qualifications, experience, and location. Some roles may be bonus eligible.
