Your Qualifications:
Hold a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school, or be currently attending an accredited dental school working towards your DDS or DMD degree.
Possess a current and valid dental license to practice in your state or the ability to obtain one.
Have DEA certification.
Hold CPR/BLS certification (or the ability to obtain one).
