Requirements:
5+ years experience in desktop hardware, operating systems, smartphones, bar code scanners, and printers.
5+ years experience with Microsoft 0365 products (Windows, Office, Outlook, Skype, etc.).
5+ years experience with business communication platforms such as messaging and video conferencing.
The Executive IT Support Specialist will provide support to staff and executives, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with end-user computers and specialized devices like barcode scanners, printers, and scanners. The role also involves supporting other IT functions as needed, requiring deep technical knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver world-class IT support to onsite and remote executives.
Resolve complex hardware and software issues independently, in person or via telephone.
Perform installations, upgrades, replacements, and other hardware/software tasks.
Setup and monitor high-priority executive meetings using collaboration and AV services.
Provide technical support to Office Services as needed.
Recommend new technologies to improve support for executives and users.
Conduct proactive walkthroughs to support high-profile individuals.
Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.
Respond to support requests promptly, including outside regular hours.
Follow procedures for logging, reporting, and monitoring desktop operations.
Set realistic expectations and communicate transparently to promote collaboration.
Maintain current protocols, operating systems, and standards knowledge.
Exhibit strong communication skills, especially at the executive level.
Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Be self-motivated, able to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
Work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Provide excellent customer service with a focus on satisfaction.
Maintain professionalism and integrity at all times.
Be flexible to be on call during off-hours and weekends.
Research and test new technologies and solutions.
