We are looking for our Hygeine Dream Team!
Dental Care of Compass Park is looking for Dental Hygienists to join our team.
This is a brand new office coming this Summer.
We are seeking our Hygiene team to start by July 21st.
Full Time, 4 days a week.
Your schedule will allow 90 minutes for NPs, 60 minutes for recare.

Minimum Qualifications
Current dental hygienist license in Arizona and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (
Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
CPR Certification

Preferred Experience
Experience and New Grads welcome to apply!
Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
Clinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements
Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation.

Prolonged periods sitting and standing
Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year

This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided.
