The Opportunity:

LG Electronics is seeking a skilled and service-minded Technical Support Representative to join our support team.
In this role, you'll assist LG Direct Mobile Service Technicians and authorized service centers by providing expert troubleshooting and diagnostic support for home electronics and appliances.
This is a great opportunity to apply your technical knowledge in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls from LG Direct Mobile Service Technicians and authorized service centers promptly and courteously.
Provide technical assistance in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues using schematics, knowledgebase content, and product documentation.
Accurately documents call details and solutions into the internal call tracking system.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent and effective technical support.
Update an internal knowledgebase with new findings and troubleshooting techniques to support field teams and fellow representatives.

Qualifications / Education / Experience:

High School Diploma required, Technical Diploma or associate degree in Electronics, HVAC, Electrical, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience working in a technical field.
Proficient in both technical support and customer service best practices.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
