An M&E contractor with a proven record in complex pharma and industrial builds is now scaling into hyperscale data centres - and this is your chance to lead the delivery of one of their flagship projects from the ground up.

With a €8 million electrical package already secured and more in the pipeline, they're building a senior delivery team from the top down - and this is a critical hire.

🛠 The Role

You'll be the boots-on-the-ground lead for all electrical works on a new-build hyperscale data centre project in Sweden.
This is a hands-on leadership role - coordinating crews, driving daily and weekly planning, and ensuring install quality meets the highest standards.

You'll be working directly alongside a respected industry veteran who has delivered major data centre programmes across Europe - with a clear path to Project Manager for those who perform.

💼 What You'll Be Doing

Lead all on-site electrical activities on a €8M package

Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and sequencing

Drive programme alignment through daily/weekly planning sessions

Ensure quality compliance, design adherence, and install standards

Liaise with the general contractor (Tier 1) at coordination meetings

Track progress, troubleshoot issues, and report to the Senior PM

Support commissioning and final handover phases

Mentor junior engineers and supervisors on site

✅ What You'll Need

5+ years managing electrical packages on large-scale sites

Background in data centres, pharma, or other mission-critical builds

Electrical trade or engineering qualification

Strong leadership and communication skills

Comfortable managing pressure and tight deadlines

Familiar with drawings, redlines, QA/QC, and handover documentation

Able to lead from the front and take full responsibility for delivery

€90,000-€110,000 salary

Full 3:1 rotation package

Flights, single accommodation, and daily food allowance provided

Monday-Friday site hours: 07:00-17:00
