The role holder is responsible for supporting the service sales operations, including negotiating new contracts, ensuring contract renewal, and implementing unit recovery strategies to grow Otis's market share. The role also involves validating that terms and conditions are met during implementation by the operational team, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Core Responsibilities:


Work under the guidance of the Manager - Service Sales to prepare maintenance contracts, negotiate, and finalize agreements with clients based on established guidelines.
Prepare estimates and issue quotations for repairs, upgrades, and modernization of units.
Liaise with clients to negotiate maintenance contract renewals, addressing potential risks under renewal terms.
Capture critical actions on all contracts, including special contracts, to minimize contractual risks.
Execute sales strategies to recover lost units and actively pursue clients for favorable unit recovery.
Develop strong client relationships by engaging with key contacts and understanding their needs.
Coordinate with the Aftermarket and Service Departments to ensure proper implementation of agreements.
Assist the Finance Department with timely collection of payments based on contracts.
Maintain and update the contracts database in the MIS system and generate periodic status reports.
Ensure compliance with quality procedures and ISO policies in sales operations.
Drive growth in recaptured units and increase market coverage.
Establish sales objectives with accurate monthly forecasts and develop annual sales quotas for regions and territories.
Develop strategic relationships with main contractors, consultants, and key accounts.
Explore and acquire new customers.

Minimum Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in sales operations within a construction or engineering organization.
Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic is preferred.
