The Senior Full-Stack Web Developer will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and maintenance of innovative web applications and solutions.
This position demands a high degree of technical proficiency across the entire technology stack, encompassing both front-end and back-end development.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating complex requirements into functional and aesthetic digital experiences.
The individual will leverage their deep understanding of software engineering principles, along with a robust awareness of user-centric design, to create scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.
Additionally, the Developer will lead collaboration efforts among cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes within the organization.
Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development, with a compelling portfolio showcasing successful project implementations.
Extensive back-end development experience using programming languages such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java.
Deep knowledge of database management systems, both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase).
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services architecture with expertise in API design and development.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git, with a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
Demonstrable experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
Proven ability to design and implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces according to best practices.
Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and debugging best practices to ensure high quality of code.
Capacity to lead and manage multiple projects, balancing engineering needs against business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
Commitment to staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure best practices in development.
Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain high-quality web applications, ensuring a responsive and engaging user experience across all devices.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing web interfaces while adhering to brand guidelines.
Design, build, and optimize scalable APIs to support the application's back-end functionality while ensuring security and data integrity.
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of web applications.
Mentor and support junior developers by providing guidance on coding standards, development tools, and best practices.
Conduct code reviews to ensure the implementation of best practices and continual improvement of coding techniques within the development team.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and retrospectives, to enhance team dynamics and overall performance.
Troubleshoot and debug applications, identifying performance issues and proposing solutions to enhance system functionality.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployment processes and system reliability in cloud environments.
Continuously assess and refactor existing codebases to improve performance, scalability and maintainability.
Document technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures to support ongoing development and maintenance efforts.

Expertise in front-end development frameworks and libraries, with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
Proficient in back-end programming languages, along with experience developing server-side logic and database integration.
In-depth knowledge of web security best practices and methodologies to protect applications from vulnerabilities.
Skilled in modern software development practices, including Agile methodologies and test-driven development (TDD).
Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds.
Proven experience in leading development initiatives and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
Strong programming proficiency in scripting languages and server-side technologies.
Ability to adapt to new programming languages and tools as required by evolving project demands.
