About the role
Mozn is seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Full Stack Developer with experience in Java (17)/Kotlin, React, and TypeScript.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with at least 4 years of professional experience coding in these technologies.
You will work on various projects, contributing to the development and maintenance of high-quality, scalable web applications, and collaborating closely with our cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
Design and implement high-quality software solutions across front-end and back-end layers.
Architect scalable and robust systems ensuring performance and maintainability.
Develop and maintain complex web applications using Python, React, and TypeScript, applying best practices in modern software development.
Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless integration and a responsive user experience.
Work with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews to maintain quality, share knowledge, and mentor junior team members.
Maintain documentation of code, deployment processes, issues, and resolutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for smooth user experiences.
Take ownership of deployment, monitor live systems, and troubleshoot production issues.
Mentor junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Participate in strategic planning, defining priorities, and process improvement.
Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and adherence to quality standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or similar role, with expertise in front-end and back-end technologies.
Experience with algorithms, data structures, complexity analysis, and object-oriented design.
Proficiency in Python and building scalable systems.
Experience with React and TypeScript, and responsive design principles.
Knowledge of relational databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL.
Strong understanding of RESTful API design.
Familiarity with version control (Git), build systems, and testing frameworks.
Effective communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience mentoring and fostering team collaboration.
Ability to manage time, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiasm for solving complex problems and delivering impactful solutions.
Familiarity with event-driven architecture, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack), security practices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI), and microservice architecture.#
