CREATIVE STRATEGIST (with GenAI experience)About the role:
We're looking for a dynamic Mid-Level Strategist to help shape the future of beauty marketing through AI innovation.
This role combines beauty industry knowledge with AI capabilities to develop effective strategies for beauty and wellness brands.
The ideal candidate will bridge traditional strategic thinking with AI-powered approaches.

Strategic Development:
Develop AI-enhanced strategic solutions for beauty brandsApply Gen AI tools in insight discovery and strategy developmentCreate compelling brand narratives using AI-powered insightsSupport development of strategic frameworks and methodologiesImplement AI tools in strategic planning processesBeauty Industry Focus:

4-7 years strategy experience in beauty or related sectorsUnderstanding of beauty industry dynamicsExperience with AI tools and applicationsStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsProven ability to develop actionable insightsTechnical Skills:
Proficiency in AI research and insight toolsUnderstanding of Gen AI capabilitiesData analysis and interpretation abilitiesExperience with strategic planning toolsKnowledge of beauty industry metricsPersonal Qualities:
