To assist in providing executive and administrative support to executives and/or senior management teams by implementing various assigned administrative tasks, coordinating their schedules and activities, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations while supporting the facilitation of effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.Key AccountabilitiesAssist in performing administrative tasks:
including scheduling, diary management, travel arrangements, record-keeping, and expenses to ensure the optimal use of executives and/or senior management's time.Coordinate the preparation of meeting materials:
agendas, briefings, and tracking meeting outcomes and follow-up actions to facilitate organized and productive discussions.Support drafting and reviewing correspondence:
including emails, memos, and presentations, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational standards.Assist in planning and tracking projects:
supporting monitoring progress and deadlines, and gathering data for reports and presentations.Coordinate meetings and events:
onsite and off-site, including preparing materials and facilitating seamless discussions.Compile meeting minutes:
supporting accurate documentation of key decisions and points.Support event coordination:
seminars, conferences, and other gatherings to ensure successful execution.Maintain confidentiality:
uphold the highest level of discretion regarding sensitive information.Build relationships:
with key stakeholders and facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
