Ser People Office Partner
- Garantir o apoio transversal ao departamento de Office, em diferentes temas, conforme as prioridades;
- Apoiar a gestão de expediente geral dos escritórios;
- Monitorizar e assegurar o stock de produtos dos escritórios;
- Realizar encomendas de materiais necessários ao funcionamento dos escritórios;
- Receber com simpatia e afinidade as visitas do escritório de Lisboa e encaminhar para os respetivos colegas;
- Garantir o atendimento telefónico do número geral e gerir a caixa de emails geral, encaminhando a informação para os respetivos departamentos ou colegas;
- Apoiar tarefas de cariz administrativo;
- Preparar os Welcome Kits para novos colaboradores Corporate ou Consultores;
- Apoiar na organização do arquivo.
